*Job Summary:*

*Texture Concepts* is looking for a *Quality Supervisor* with hands-on experience in the paint industry.
The candidate will be responsible for quality testing of raw materials and finished goods, maintaining records, and supporting lab operations to ensure product quality standards are met.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Conduct testing of *Raw Materials (RM)* and *Finished Goods (FG)* for incoming and outgoing batches
* Maintain proper *documentation and records* of all quality checks
* Assist in *lab operations* and ensure adherence to quality standards




* Monitor product quality and report any deviations
* Coordinate with production and other departments to ensure quality compliance
* Ensure all testing procedures are followed as per company standards

*Requirements:*
* Minimum *3 years of experience* in the *paint industry (mandatory)*
* Experience working as a *Lab Assistant / Quality Control role*
* Basic knowledge of *computers and email communication*
* Positive understanding of quality testing procedures
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy

*Preferred Candidate:*

Candidates residing in *Thane, Bhiwandi,* will be preferred
