Company is looking for Inside Sales Executive at Pune, Maharashtra in India. Please

#Job Description :1. Act as a point of conversion for Online Enquiries.

*Receive & document all incoming enquiries generated from our online portals, exhibitions, references & other sources.

*Reply to all incoming RFQs relevant or irrelevant.

*Talk to customer : Generate an initial overview about the customer requirements --> Application/industry, Manufacturing

process in question(Pictures, videos or process details), location of plant where the unit is required, contact details, demand quantity etc.

*Segregate relevant enquiries from irrelevant ones depending on our organization sphere of work.

*Summarize the above in one single document, segregate region-wise & forward the enquiry to the concerned sales team member.

*Provide weekly update on the status of all incoming enquiries to the Management/Marketing manager.

*If required, forward relevant brouchers to the customers based on their specific





requirement along with the introductory mail.

*Work diligently to create & establish customer contact until the enquiry is handed over to the sales team or converted to PO by Internal sales team.

*Proper process of enquiry Hand over needs to be followed with respect to every enquiry.

*Check status of forwarded enquiries with the sales representatives.

*Follow SOP which are setup in the company.

*Making review of the received PO for the spares.

*Data update in CRM on daily basis.

*Maintain daily activity sheet.

2.Quotation:

Responds to the inquiries by sending quotation/mails to the costumers/pricing given to external sales and marketing persons

3 Reporting:

*Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports for senior management with actionable insights.

*QMS data to be submitted by 3rd of every month.
