Responsibility - · Handling & monitoring of Inbound & Outbound activity.

· Responsible for maintaining correct record all inbound material. And record of Dispatch material.

· Planning, co-coordinating and monitoring the complete In-bound, Put away, Picking, Packing, and Work in progress and out -bound process.

· Preparing the documents like Invoice, Delivery challan, packing list, e-Way bill and MIS report.

· Handling Customer complaints related to Packaging, Delivery, Biker issues etc. Close co-ordination with Packing Team and motivating them for continuous Improvement in both picking and packing to avoid any transit and handling risk.

· Monitoring the daily dispatches with nominated Delivery boys and arranging for the committed deliveries to customer.

· Experienced First Prefer – 3PL warehouse/Store, MIS, SAP,





Required Skills & Qualifications· Graduate preferred; relevant warehouse/logistics experience will also be considered.

· 5–10 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a service warehouse workplace.

· Good knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes.

· Experience in manpower handling and team supervision.

· Basic knowledge of MS Excel, inventory/ERP/WMS systems.

· Good communication and coordination skills.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
