We are looking for a smart, organized, and responsible Order Management Executive to handle manufacturing orders for jewellery products. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with the production team and ensuring that orders are completed within the required timelines.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage and track jewellery manufacturing orders from order placement to completion.
- Assign manufacturing orders to the concerned job workers/artisans/manufacturing team.
- Clearly communicate product requirements, designs, quantities, and specifications to the job workers.
- Maintain a proper record of which order is assigned to whom and the expected completion date.
- Regularly follow up with job workers regarding order status and production timelines.
- Track pending,



in-process, and completed orders.
- Ensure orders are completed and delivered within the committed timeline.
- Coordinate with the production team for any delays, quality issues, or order-related concerns.
- Maintain proper records of job work, production status, pending orders, and completed orders.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth movement of jewellery orders through the manufacturing process.
- Prepare regular updates/reports on order status for management.
