Title: Sales Executive – Timeshare / Vacation Ownership

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic, persuasive, and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Vacation Ownership team. In this role, you will interact with potential clients through face-to-face presentations, introduce them to our premium timeshare membership plans, and guide them toward investment in lifetime vacation experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging, high-impact sales presentations to prospective clients during tour previews and sales events.

Lead Conversion: Interact with warm leads, understand their holiday preferences, and convert prospects into long-term timeshare members.

Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of resort properties, membership tiers, exchange programs, pricing models, and financing options.

Relationship Management: Build trust and robust rapport with prospective buyers, answering questions and addressing objections professionally.

Deal Closure: Handle negotiations,



present customized membership packages, and accurately execute sales contracts and paperwork.

Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas set by the management team.

Follow-up & Referrals: Maintain continuous post-presentation contact with unsold prospects and generate quality referrals from existing members.

CategoryRequirement

Experience:1–3 years in Timeshare, Hospitality, Real Estate, Direct Sales, or High-Value B2C Sales.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.

CommunicationExceptional verbal communication, storytelling, and active listening skills.

Sales Skills, Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and deal-closing techniques.
