We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive sales across our retail store in Aminabad and our upcoming online store, working closely with the founder.

What you'll do:

• Grow store sales, and train and guide the sales team

• Set pricing and offers that move products

• Shape the online store's growth direction and catalog priorities

• Guide our web developer and social media creator on priorities, including content around sales and promotions

• Track weekly numbers and spot new opportunities

What success looks like early on:

• Get a clear read on current store sales,



staff performance, and stock movement

• Put together a growth plan with monthly targets for store and online

• Help generate the first online sales through our developer and content team

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years in sales, retail, or growth roles

• Comfortable leading a small team

• Basic comfort with Excel and sales numbers

• Bonus: any past exposure to online selling or e-commerce
