Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 2–5 Years

Salary: ₹25,000–₹45,000 per month (depending on experience and interview performance)

- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business opportunities and acquire new customers through field visits and networking.
- Visit existing and potential customers regularly to develop and maintain strong business relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the internal team for quotations, samples, and order processing.
- Follow up on quotations and convert leads into confirmed orders.
- Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with customers regarding orders, deliveries, payments, and other requirements.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential customers.
- Maintain daily reports of field visits, sales activities, leads,



and follow-ups.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers.
- Coordinate with the production, dispatch, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- RequirementsProven experience in field sales, preferably in packaging, printing, paper products, or a related industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to generate leads and develop recent business.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and field visits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Male candidates preferred.

Education: Graduate preferred.
