We are looking for an experienced Interior Site Supervisor to oversee execution of interior fit-out projects — ensuring work is completed as per design, quality standards, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site activities (carpentry, civil, electrical, painting, false ceiling, etc.)
- Ensure execution matches approved drawings and design specifications
- Coordinate with carpenters, contractors, and vendors on site
- Take site measurements and verify against drawings
- Monitor material usage, wastage, and stock at site
- Ensure quality control and timely completion of work
- Report daily progress to management (photos/updates)
- Resolve in office issues and coordinate with design/office team
- Ensure safety and cleanliness at the work site
- Manage manpower allocation and daily labour coordination
Requirements:
- Diploma/ITI in Civil, Interior Design, or related field (or relevant experience)
- 2+ years of experience in interior site supervision
- Knowledge of carpentry, modular work, false ceiling, painting processes
- Ability to read 2D/3D drawings
- Good communication and team coordination skills
- Own bike preferred (for multiple site visits)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/WhatsApp for reporting
