- Installation, servicing, maintenance and troubleshooting of printers.
- Diagnosis and rectification of hardware and technical issues.
- Handling customer service calls and visiting customer locations as required.
- Printer parts replacement and basic spare-parts management.
- Preventive maintenance of printers and related equipment.
- Maintaining proper service reports and updating the service status.
- Providing skilled technical support and guidance to customers.
- Following company procedures, customer requirements and service-level guidelines.
- Any other technical responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.
