- ओपन किचन होने के कारण किचन की स्वच्छता एवं साफ-सफाई का नियमित रूप से ध्यान रखना तथा गंदा होने पर तुरंत सफाई करना।
- स्टोरेज रैक की प्रतिदिन सफाई एवं व्यवस्थित रख-रखाव सुनिश्चित करना।
- समय उपलब्ध होने पर रेफ्रिजरेटर की नियमित सफाई करना।
- सब्ज़ियों की कटिंग एवं चॉपिंग करना।
- किचन एवं डाइनिंग एरिया की टेबलों की नियमित सफाई करना।




- कार्यस्थल पर स्वच्छता, साफ-सफाई और हाइजीन के निर्धारित मानकों को बनाए रखना।

The person will support the day-to-day operation of Daddu’s Biryani, including:

Packing biryani and other food orders properly

- Preparing takeaway and delivery orders
- Assisting with basic food preparation and kitchen work
- Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen, counter, utensils and work area
- Receiving and arranging stock/material
- Helping with portioning and serving food
- Coordinating orders for Swiggy/Zomato and Porter/Rapido/Borzo deliveries
- Assisting customers at the counter when required
- Giving customers complimentary biryani samples as instructed
- Maintaining hygiene and proper food-handling practices
- Helping with opening and closing activities of the outlet
