Title: Premium Sales Consultant

· Experience

Required: 1 to 3 years in luxury retail, automobile sales, or customer-facing roles

· Education: Graduate in any stream (or equivalent certification)

Key Responsibilities

· Customer

Engagement: Welcome walk-in clients, understand their lifestyle needs, and present premium/high-performance motorcycle options.

· Product

Demonstration: Explain technical specifications, safety features, accessories, and customization options.

· Test

Rides: Coordinate and conduct secure test rides for prospective buyers while assessing their riding capability.

· Sales

Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly individual sales goals.

· Financing

& Documentation:



Guide clients through finance options, insurance packages, and booking paperwork.

Lead

Management: Follow up on phone and digital inquiries, maintaining data in the showroom CRM software.

Candidate Requirements

· Driving

Skill: Valid two-wheeler driving license; confidence and ability to ride high-performance or heavy motorcycles.

· Communication: Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.

· Appearance

& Attitude: Professional grooming, high energy, and a passion for motorcycles.

· Tech-Savviness: Basic computer knowledge to handle billing, inventory checks, and customer data entry.
