Production & Editing

- Edit and produce high-quality promotional videos, social media reels, product application demos, and internal training modules.
- Perform color grading, audio cleanup, motion graphics integration, and seamless transitions using authorized qualified software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, DaVinci Resolve).
- Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute on-site video shoots at construction project sites, dealer meets, and our manufacturing plant.
- Ensure all video demonstrations accurately represent product performance (e.g., coverage, finish type, water repellency) without misleading exaggeration.

2. Graphic Design & Brand Collateral

- Design eye-catching digital and print marketing collateral, including social media creatives, brochures, shade cards, dealer signage, and packaging assets.
- Maintain strict consistency with Starshield’s corporate brand identity guidelines regarding logos, typography, and color palettes.
- Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with external print vendors for high-quality collateral production.

3. Asset & Workflow Management

- Organize and manage raw footage, project files, audio assets, and final renders systematically on local and cloud storage servers using standard naming conventions.
- Source background music, sound effects, and stock assets exclusively from legally licensed libraries to avoid copyright violations.
- Manage tasks efficiently through the internal project management portal,



ensuring strict adherence to campaign delivery deadlines.

4. Data Security & Compliance

- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding unreleased product lines, proprietary manufacturing formulations, and internal corporate events captured on media.
- Adhere to IT security protocols by using only IT-approved software and avoiding unauthorized freeware or cracked plugins.
- Refrain from uploading unreleased campaign materials, raw footage, or draft renders to personal portfolios or external drives without prior management approval.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven experience as a Video Editor and Graphic Designer, preferably within manufacturing, B2B, or industrial product sectors.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level command of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Core Competencies: Strong eye for visual aesthetics, color theory, typography, and a basic understanding of technical product marketing.
