Responsibility
Candidates are responsible for giving product awareness and solving customer/client queries in regards to the product or service provided by the company.
You are responsible for handling sales over the predictive dialer system.
You should collect desired information from the customers/clients and maintain healthy relationship.
Making outbound calls for generating leads.
Generate and provide information effectively from leads and other sources.
Follow up with incoming leads.
Establish, develop and maintain the business relationship with the prospective customer in the assigned territory to generate new business for the organization
Skills Needed:
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills
Excellent interpersonal, intrapersonal skills and Team Handling
Good MS Office knowledge
Self-motivated and driven by targets
Languages – All Regional Languages Preferred.

Maintain professional and cordial relationships with your teammates at the workplace.
Process compliance
Daily login of 9 hours with one hour break
Maintain quality score for 70% and above
Client should be provided only with accurate information
Ensure services are scheduled as per customer requirement
Adherence to Systems and processes
Compensation: Salary is 13-20 thousand/month and incentives.
