Happet Sp. z o.o. is a Poland-based manufacturer and distributor of pet and pond products, serving the EU and Eastern Europe with over 3,000 branded items. We are currently hiring directly to grow our remote operations team in India.

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Marketplace Specialist with 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, marketplace operations, or a related field.

You do not need to be an expert in any specific marketplaces to apply. We are more interested in finding someone who is talented, responsible, curious, quick to learn, and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks.

You will work with our e-commerce team on marketplace operations, product listings, marketing activities, performance analysis, competitor research, and day-to-day projects. This position is suitable for someone who wants to build a long-term career in e-commerce and marketplace management and is ready to gradually take on more responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day operations of e-commerce marketplace accounts.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings.
- Work with product titles, descriptions, bullet points, keywords, and other listing content.
- Conduct competitor and market research.
- Assist with marketplace marketing and promotional activities.
- Work with Excel/Google Sheets for reports and data management.
- Identify problems and suggest practical solutions instead of only reporting issues.
- Coordinate with other team members to complete assigned projects.
- Learn marketplace tools, policies, and processes as required.




- Take ownership of assigned tasks and follow them through until completion.
- Provide clear updates about progress, challenges, and results.
- Gradually take responsibility for specific products, categories, marketplace activities or features.

What We're Looking For you if you have some of those:

- Minimum 1 years of proven experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, online marketplaces, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, or other e-commerce marketplaces is an advantage.
- Good understanding of basic digital marketing concepts.
- Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets.
- Good research and analytical skills.
- Ability to learn current tools and processes quickly.
- Good written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently after receiving proper instructions.
- Comfortable taking responsibility and being accountable for assigned work.
