Job Summary
The Quality Control Executive will be responsible for ensuring product quality and compliance throughout the manufacturing process of orthopaedic implants and surgical instruments. The role includes incoming, in-process, and final inspection activities, maintaining quality documentation, and ensuring compliance with ISO 13485 and medical device standards.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of orthopaedic implants and medical device manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with ISO 13485 documentation and quality standards.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Hands-on experience with measuring instruments:
- Vernier Calliper, Micrometre , Height Gauge , Surface Finish Testing Instruments
- Strong analytical and documentation skills, Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Qualification & Experience
Education: Diploma / BE in Mechanical, Biomedical, Production, or Industrial Engineering
Experience: 2–3 years in Quality Control or Quality Assurance in:
- Orthopaedic Implants , Medical Devices , Precision Engineering Manufacturing
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in CNC machining inspection.
- Knowledge of medical-grade materials and finishing processes.
- Understanding of implant traceability and batch documentation.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on product quality and compliance.
