Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Incentives

- Job ResponsibilitiesHandle sales and business development for Modern Trade stores.
- Visit supermarkets and retail chains regularly and maintain good relationships.
- Take orders and ensure timely billing and delivery.
- Ensure proper product display, stock availability and visibility.
- Follow up on payments and outstanding amounts.
- Coordinate with distributors, stores and internal teams.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Identify current modern trade outlets and business opportunities.
- Prepare daily sales and market visit reports.




- Monitor competitor products, pricing and promotions.
- Requirements2–4 years of experience in FMCG Modern Trade sales.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Should be comfortable with field sales and regular store visits.
- Knowledge of Chennai contemporary trade/supermarket market is preferred.
- Should have a two-wheeler and valid driving licence.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting.
