Job Description – Workforce & Labour CoordinatorWorking Hours: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Location: Chhatral

- Role & ResponsibilitiesManage, maintain, and continuously build the company’s workforce and labour network.
- Arrange and mobilize skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled workers as per production requirements.
- Ensure the required workforce is available on time and in the required numbers.
- Assign and deploy workers across different production areas as required.
- Maintain a robust database and network of local labour/workforce.
- Handle daily attendance, manpower requirements, deployment, and availability.
- Coordinate with production and management to understand daily and upcoming manpower requirements.
- Recruit and arrange additional workforce whenever required.
- Retain reliable workers and maintain good relationships with the workforce.




- Handle labour-related issues and ensure smooth day-to-day workforce operations.
- Required SkillsStrong local presence and extensive labour/workforce network is a must.
- Ability to arrange manpower quickly whenever required.
- Strong communication, coordination, and people-management skills.
- Good understanding of shop-floor and manufacturing workforce requirements.
- Should be proactive, responsible, and capable of handling pressure.
- Basic computer and Excel skills required.
- Knowledge of AI tools is an added advantage.
- Must be comfortable with regular shop-floor movement and direct workforce interaction.
