Roles & Responsibilities

* Identify and acquire new clients through calls, meetings, and referrals.

* Guide customers through Demat account opening, KYC completion and onboarding processes.

* Promote and support equity & F&O; trading, ensuring smooth trading experience for clients.

* Achieve brokerage generation targets through active client engagement.

* Promote and sell Life/Health Insurance plans, PMS, Stock baskets,IPO's, as per customer requirements.

* Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

* Stay updated with market trends, products, and compliance processes.

* Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Eligibility Criteria

* Freshers and experienced candidates both welcome.

* Prior experience in stock market, broking, demat operations,



or insurance sales will be an added advantage.

* Strong communication, sales aptitude, and customer handling skills.

* Willingness to learn and grow in the financial services industry.

* Basic understanding of financial markets preferred.
