- Main ResponsibilitiesPick products from shelves according to customer orders.
- Check product names, quantities, sizes, and conditions.
- Pack items securely using boxes, bags, or other packaging materials.
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for dispatch.
- Scan products using barcode scanners or warehouse systems.
- Load and move packages to the appropriate dispatch area.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies.
- Report damaged, missing, or incorrect products to the supervisor.
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- RequirementsBasic reading and counting skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift packages for extended periods.
- Valuable attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
- Previous warehouse experience is helpful but often not mandatory.
