Key Responsibilities
* Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
* Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and Naukri, Apna
* Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
* Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
* Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
* Coordinate onboarding and document collection.
* Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
* Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring.
