HR Recruiter – Talent Acquisition

? Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Job Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.

- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.

- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

- Meet daily and monthly hiring targets.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- 6 months to 3 years of experience in recruitment (Bulk -BPO hiring preferred).

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience using job portals such as Naukri, Apna, WorkIndia, etc.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and achieve hiring targets.

Work Details:

- Working Days: 6 Days a Week

- Week Off: Sunday (Fixed)

- Salary: Up to ₹27,000 per month (Based on experience)

- Shift: Day Shift (10-7:30 Subjected might get extended if you do not meet the target)
