ACADEMIC COUNSELLOR – ADMISSIONS & SALES

Yashwant Classes (8th–12th | JEE | NEET | CET) is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Academic Counsellor.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Counsel parents and students about courses and batches

• Handle walk-ins, JustDial, social media and other leads

• Convert enquiries into admissions

• Follow up with prospective parents and students

• Maintain CRM and Google Sheets

• Achieve monthly admission and sales targets

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of experience in Sales / Counselling / Admission Counselling

• Fluent in Marathi, Hindi and English

• Excellent communication, convincing and negotiation skills

• Solid follow-up and conversion skills

• Target-oriented and comfortable with performance pressure

• Education/Coaching industry experience preferred

TIMING

11 AM–8 PM or 12 PM–9 PM

SALARY

₹25,000–₹30,000 + High Performance-Based Incentives

LOCATION PREFERENCE

Candidates residing near Katraj / Balajinagar preferred.
