Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Loan Sales Executive to generate new business, build strong customer relationships, and achieve loan sales targets. - Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation and Customer AcquisitionIdentify prospective customers through referrals, networking, field activities, digital leads, and other lead-generation channels.
- Contact potential customers and explain Fast Credit’s loan products, features, eligibility criteria, and benefits.
- Participate in industry events, seminars, and networking activities to generate new business opportunities.
- Sales and Customer ConsultationUnderstand each customer’s financial requirements and recommend the most suitable loan solution.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations based on the customer’s needs and financial profile.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to position Fast Credit’s products effectively.
- Loan Product KnowledgeMaintain thorough knowledge of the company’s loan products, interest rates, eligibility requirements, terms, processes, and promotional offers.
- Act as a reliable link between customers and the company to ensure a smooth loan application and approval experience.
- Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.




- Generate repeat business and customer referrals through professional and transparent service.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Sales Targets and ReportingAchieve monthly and annual loan disbursement and sales targets assigned by management.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, applications, approvals, and disbursements.
- Regularly report sales activities, pipeline status, and performance to the reporting manager.
- Internal CoordinationCoordinate with the credit, underwriting, operations, and customer service teams to ensure timely processing and customer satisfaction.
- Share market feedback and customer insights to support improvements in products and processes.
- Documentation and ComplianceEnsure that every loan application is complete and supported by the required documents.
- Follow all company policies, lending procedures, data-privacy standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Communicate product terms and charges to customers accurately and transparently.
- Qualifications and SkillsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in loan sales, banking, NBFC, fintech, or financial services is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
- Target-driven approach with strong follow-up and closing skills.
- Basic knowledge of loan documentation, eligibility assessment, and credit processes.
