We are setting up a new handbag & bag manufacturing unit and looking for an experienced, hands-on Production Head to take complete ownership—from factory setup to bulk production and dispatch.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Factory setup, layout & production workflow

• Machinery selection and production-line setup

• Cutting, stitching, assembly & finishing

• Pattern making, sampling & product development

• Production planning, capacity & manpower

• BOM, material consumption & costing

• Quality control and production efficiency

• Supplier development for materials, hardware & accessories

• Recruitment, training & management of production teams

• Prototype → Bulk Production → QC → Packing → Dispatch

IDEAL CANDIDATE

✔️ 5+ years’ practical experience in handbags, bags or leather goods





✔️ Strong knowledge of industrial sewing & bag-making machinery

✔️ Experience with leather, PU/vegan leather, canvas, nylon & fabrics

✔️ Pattern making and sample-development expertise

✔️ Solid understanding of costing, material consumption & QC

✔️ Factory setup/management experience preferred

✔️ Export-quality / Amazon / private-label experience is an advantage

WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Someone who can BUILD the manufacturing operation, solve problems hands-on, improve efficiency and lead the complete production team.

? ₹50,000–₹75,000/month, with higher compensation for exceptional candidates.
