We are looking for a skilled and result-oriented Manufacturing Engineer to oversee and improve manufacturing processes, ensure smooth production operations, maintain quality standards, and optimize production efficiency.

- Key Responsibilities:Plan, monitor, and improve manufacturing and production processes.
- Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day production operations.
- Monitor production targets, output, machine performance, and downtime.
- Identify production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, Stores, and Purchase teams.
- Optimize manpower, machinery, materials, and production resources.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and production standards.
- Reduce production wastage, breakdowns, and operational costs.
- Prepare and maintain production reports and process documentation.




- Conduct root-cause analysis for recurring production problems.
- Support preventive maintenance and machine improvement activities.
- Assist in implementing new processes, machinery, and production techniques.
- Ensure proper SOPs and work instructions are followed on the shop floor.
- Required Skills:Valuable knowledge of manufacturing and production processes

- Basic knowledge of quality control and safety standards

- MS Excel and reporting skills
