- Key ResponsibilitiesManage overall showroom operations and ensure smooth daily functioning.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
- Drive sales, customer acquisition, conversion, and repeat business.
- Handle VIP and high-value customers professionally.
- Ensure excellent customer service and showroom standards.
- Monitor stock, product display, billing, and operational activities.
- Conduct team briefings, training, and performance reviews.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve escalations effectively.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, discipline, security, and grooming standards.
- Candidate Requirements5–10 years of experience in Jewellery Retail is mandatory.
- Previous experience as a Showroom Manager / Store Manager preferred.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Positive knowledge of Gold, Diamond & Precious Jewellery.
- Excellent communication, customer-handling, and negotiation skills.
- Well-groomed, confident, and target-oriented.
