- ? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and develop new B2B, enterprise, SMB, and distributor business opportunities.
- Conduct regular field visits to meet prospective and existing clients.
- Generate leads through field sales and marketing activities.
- Present products/services and effectively communicate their business value.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and business partners.
- Handle customer queries, follow-ups, negotiations, and sales closures.
- Execute planned marketing strategies and sales efforts to achieve targets.
- Maintain accurate sales and customer data using basic computer tools.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers to maximize conversions.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and maximize incentive opportunities.
- ⭐ IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILEE:
- xperienced Field Sales Executive with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of B2B, Enterprise, SMB, Distributor, and Field Sales.
- Good communication, convincing, and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable with regular field visits and meeting business clients.
- Must have a two-wheeler, valid driving license, and laptop.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- ? SALARY & INCENTIVES:
- ? Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000/month
- ? Salary will be based on skills & experience
- ? Incentives: ₹20,000+ based on performance
