We are hiring a confident and target-driven Technical Sales Executive to sell our cybersecurity products, including TTB Antivirus and TTB VPN.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries and sales calls
- Explain Antivirus, VPN, online privacy and security features
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right product
- Follow up with leads and close sales
- Upsell renewals, upgrades and additional services
- Maintain professional relationships with customers
Requirements:
- Valuable spoken English
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Basic knowledge of computers, Antivirus, VPN or cybersecurity
- Comfortable dealing with international customers
- Previous experience in technical sales, software sales, international voice process or IT sales preferred
