About the Role

We are looking for a Video Editor & Graphic Designer who can create high-quality, engaging and visually strong content for social media and digital advertising.

Our primary niche is entertainment, events, nightlife, clubs, music and lifestyle brands, so a genuine interest in music, entertainment, pop culture and social media trends is important for this role.

This is a hands-on creative role. You will work with our internal team and international clients to create Reels, short-form videos, event promotions, advertisements, social media graphics and other creative content.

You should be someone who understands what makes content visually engaging and can turn raw footage, ideas and briefs into content that captures attention.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels, Facebook, TikTok and other social platforms
- Create promotional videos for events, parties, clubs, artists, DJs and entertainment brands
- Edit raw footage into fast-paced, engaging and platform-optimized content
- Create static graphics, social media posts, event flyers and promotional creatives
- Design advertising creatives for Meta Ads and other digital marketing campaigns
- Add music, sound effects, transitions, motion graphics, text and visual effects where appropriate
- Create content that is optimized for audience attention and engagement
- Understand current social media formats, editing styles and viral trends
- Work closely with the Social Media & Growth Manager and creative team
- Understand creative briefs and convert them into high-quality visual content
- Manage multiple creative projects and meet deadlines
- Make revisions based on client and internal feedback
- Maintain organized project files and creative assets
- Bring original creative ideas rather than only executing instructions
- Stay updated with trends in music, entertainment, nightlife, social media and pop culture

What We're Looking For





- Experience in video editing and graphic design
- Robust experience editing Instagram Reels and short-form social media content
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut or similar software
- Strong understanding of pacing, music, transitions, storytelling and audience retention
- Ability to create visually engaging graphics for social media and advertising
- Good understanding of typography, layouts, colors and visual composition
- Ability to understand what makes content engaging for social media audiences
- Genuine interest in music, entertainment, nightlife, events and pop culture
- Ability to work with fast-paced content and tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to take feedback and make revisions efficiently
- Good communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proactive, creative and accountable

Preferred

- Experience working with events, nightlife, clubs, entertainment, music or lifestyle brands
- Experience creating promotional content for artists, DJs, concerts, parties or events
- Experience creating Meta Ads creatives
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation
- Experience with Adobe After Effects
- Understanding of current Reels, TikTok and short-form video trends
- Experience working with international clients or agencies
- Basic understanding of social media marketing and what drives engagement

Important

This is not a basic graphic design or simple video editing role.

We are looking for someone who can think creatively, understand social media trends, edit engaging videos, design strong promotional creatives and contribute ideas.

You should be comfortable working in the music, entertainment, events and nightlife space and understand the visual style and energy required for these brands.

A strong portfolio showing Reels, short-form videos, social media creatives, promotional content, event content or entertainment-related work will be highly preferred.
