About the Role TSR is looking for motivated, confident and target-oriented candidates for the position of Financial Associate – Sales.

The selected candidate will be responsible for handling prospective and existing clients, explaining the company's research and subscription services, generating business through leads and referrals, maintaining client relationships and achieving assigned sales targets.

This role is suitable for candidates interested in building a career in financial services, stock-market sales, business development and client relationship management.

- Key ResponsibilitiesContact prospective clients through company-provided leads and other approved sources.
- Understand client requirements and communicate the company's services professionally.
- Explain research reports, subscription plans and other approved services to prospective clients.
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients regularly.
- Convert qualified leads into customers and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain strong and professional relationships with clients.
- Generate new business through lead follow-ups, referrals and client interactions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups and conversions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the Research, Client Servicing and Sales teams whenever required.
- Handle client queries professionally and ensure timely follow-up.
- Prepare and submit daily activity,



sales forecast and EOD reports.
- Work toward individual as well as team targets.
- Follow company policies, approved communication processes and applicable regulatory/compliance requirements.
- Candidate RequirementsMinimum qualification: Graduate preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with experience in sales, telecalling, BPO, banking, insurance, financial services, stock-market sales or relationship management will be preferred.
- Valuable communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong convincing, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Confident personality with a professional approach toward clients.
- Basic knowledge or interest in the stock market, equity, commodities or financial markets is preferred.
- Comfortable making calls and working on a computer/CRM.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated and disciplined.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Salary & IncentivesFor Freshers:

₹13,000 – ₹16,000 Salary + Attendance Allowance, if applicable + Performance Incentives

For Experienced Candidates:

₹18,000 – ₹35,000 Salary + Performance Incentives

For Strong/Experienced Performers:

Higher compensation may be offered based on relevant experience, previous sales performance, communication skills and interview performance.

Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives in addition to fixed salary.

Working ScheduleWorking Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM / As per company schedule

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (1st nd 2nd Sat off)

The Financial Associate will not be authorized to independently provide personalized investment advice, execute trades, operate client trading accounts, or make unauthorized investment recommendations.

All client communication and sales activities must be carried out strictly according to the company's approved processes, communication guidelines and applicable regulatory/compliance requirements.
