We are looking for an aggressive and result-oriented Business Development Executive who can bring new Facility Management Contracts from:

- ? Apartment Associations & Residential Communities

- ? Commercial Buildings & Offices

- ?️ Builders & Property Developers

- ? Hotels, Malls & Other Establishments

### ? UNIQUE COMMISSION OPPORTUNITY

Bring a new client to Keys Facility Management Services and earn:

1% of the client's monthly billing – EVERY MONTH

The commission continues as long as the client continues the contract with our company.

Example:

If you bring a property with a monthly billing of ₹5,00,000:

? Your commission = ₹5,000 every month

If the contract continues for 3 years, you can earn ₹1,80,000 in recurring commission from that one client.

The more business you bring, the more recurring income you can build.

### Your Role

- Identify new business opportunities.

- Meet Association Committee Members,



Property Managers, Builders and decision-makers.

- Generate leads and conduct site visits.

- Present our Facility Management services.

- Prepare and follow up on quotations.

- Negotiate and close new contracts.

- Maintain valuable relationships with clients.

Who We Are Looking For

- Experience in B2B Sales / Business Development / Facility Management / Real Estate / Property Management preferred.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Willingness to travel across Bangalore for client meetings.

- Existing contacts with apartment associations, property managers or commercial establishments will be an advantage.

Two-wheeler & driving licence preferred.

? Compensation

Fixed Salary + 1% Recurring Commission
