Job SummaryTTD Logistics Pvt. Ltd. is looking for motivated and responsible Delivery Associates to join our logistics team. The role involves delivering customer shipments safely and on time while maintaining good customer service standards.
- Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver shipments to customers as per the assigned route.
- Ensure all shipments are handled safely and securely.
- Follow the assigned delivery route and daily schedule.
- Collect COD payments wherever applicable and ensure accurate submission.
- Update delivery status through the company application.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.
- Follow company policies and safety guidelines.
- Report any delivery issues, address problems, or shipment discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned deliveries.
- Working HoursThe job requires approximately 5–6 hours of work per day.
- Daily working hours may vary depending on the assigned route and shipment volume.
- Flexible shifts may be available based on station requirements.
- Salary & Benefits HANDSOME PAY will be provided based on the role, performance, and applicable salary structure.
- Additional incentives may be available based on performance and delivery targets.

- Candidate RequirementsMust be 18 years or above.
- Valid Aadhaar Card and PAN Card.
- Valid Driving Licence if the role requires a two-wheeler.
- Own two-wheeler preferred/required for applicable delivery routes.
- Basic knowledge of using a smartphone and mobile applications.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to work as per assigned routes and schedules.
