Role & Responsibilities

- Drive offline business growth through exhibitions, trade fairs, expos, pop-ups, brand events and trunk shows.
- Identify, evaluate, negotiate and manage exhibitions from booking to execution and sales.
- Build and expand relationships with boutiques, multi-brand outlets, resellers and distributors.
- Generate and close B2B, bulk, wedding and occasion-wear business.
- Develop current markets and expand the retail network city by city.
- Conduct client meetings, cold calls, store visits and regular follow-ups.
- Maintain an updated lead/client database and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Track sales, leads, event costs and ROI to identify profitable events.
- Coordinate with design and social media teams for event branding and promotion.
- Travel to exhibitions, events and client locations as required.
- Work closely with the Founders and take ownership of offline sales growth.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 5+ years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Retail Expansion or Sales.
- Experience in fashion, apparel, ethnic wear, jewellery,



bridal or lifestyle preferred.
- Hands-on experience in exhibitions, trade fairs, expos or pop-up events.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating revenue.
- Experience with boutiques, multi-brand outlets, resellers or distributors.
- Strong negotiation, networking, client relationship and closing skills.
- Confident in cold calling, store visits and client meetings.
- Fluent spoken Hindi and workable English.
- Strong follow-up, reporting and coordination skills.
- Willing to travel and work weekends during exhibitions/events.
- Own conveyance preferred.
