Job Description

We are looking for an FI Executive to conduct field investigations and verification of loan applicants and customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct field verification of loan applicants and customers.
- Verify residential, business and employment details.
- Visit customer locations and verify documents/information.
- Interact with customers, neighbours, references and other relevant persons.
- Identify discrepancies and report findings to the Credit/Operations team.
- Prepare accurate FI reports within the required TAT.
- Coordinate with the Credit and Operations teams for timely completion of cases.
- Maintain proper records of field visits and verification.

Candidate Requirements

- 1+ years of experience in Field Investigation, Credit, Collections, Banking or NBFC.
- Experience in vehicle loans, LAP and MSME will be preferred.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / computer applications.
- Must be comfortable with daily field travel.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
