Plan and manage day-to-day purchasing activities based on business requirements.

Raise and review Purchase Orders (POs) based on approved requirements.

Source materials, products, equipment, and services from reliable suppliers.

Ensure timely procurement to avoid stock shortages and operational disruptions.

Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial conditions.

Identify, evaluate, and develop recent suppliers.

Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors.

Conduct vendor performance evaluations based on quality, price, delivery, and service.

Negotiate annual rates, contracts, and commercial agreements.

Resolve vendor-related issues and ensure timely closure.

Obtain and compare quotations from multiple suppliers.

Conduct price negotiations to achieve maximum cost savings

Coordinate with Stores, Sales, Production, and Operations teams to understand material requirements.

Monitor stock levels and reorder requirements.

Maintain MIS reports related to purchasing and vendor performance.
