About UsNex World Modular Kitchen is a growing modular kitchen and wardrobe manufacturing and installation company based in Noida. We are building a scalable, multi-city presence and are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to strengthen our finance function as we expand.

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to manage the company's day-to-day accounting operations, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and support financial reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in accounting for a manufacturing/trading or MSME setting and will work closely with the business and operations team.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end accounting operations including bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and finalization of accounts
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Handle GST filings, TDS returns, and other statutory compliances in a timely manner
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor reconciliations, and payment processing
- Oversee invoicing, billing,



and coordination with sales/operations for job-site material and labor cost tracking
- Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
- Support budgeting, cost analysis, and MIS reporting for management review
- Coordinate with external auditors, CA firms, and tax consultants for audits and assessments
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act and other applicable regulatory requirements
- Assist in payroll processing and statutory deductions (PF, ESI, PT, etc.)
- Maintain proper documentation and records for all financial transactions
- Support fundraising, DPIIT/Startup India recognition, and related financial documentation as needed
- RequirementsB.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing, MSME, or construction/interior industries
- Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards
- Proficiency in Tally / Zoho Books / or similar accounting software, and MS Excel
- Good understanding of financial statement preparation and analysis
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a growing company
- Good communication skills to coordinate across departments (operations, sales, HR)
