Job Description – Project ManagerPosition: Project Manager – Civil Construction

Location: Coimbatore

Experience: 7–10 Years

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month

- Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, manage, and execute residential construction projects from start to completion.
- Supervise site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and labour teams.
- Monitor project schedule, quality, cost, and manpower to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with Architects, Structural Consultants, MEP teams, vendors, and clients.
- Review drawings, BOQs, material requirements, and work progress.
- Identify site issues and provide practical and cost-effective solutions.
- Ensure construction work follows approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Monitor material procurement, usage, and wastage.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports.




- Handle multiple project activities and ensure smooth coordination between site and office teams.
- Qualification & SkillsDiploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in residential / building construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, estimation, and site execution.
- Positive leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage contractors, vendors, and site teams effectively.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project documentation.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Willingness to travel/visit project sites as required.

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month
