The Duty Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, leading frontline teams, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining stock availability, controlling inventory and shrinkage, driving sales, and ensuring compliance with operational and safety standards.
The role involves handling shift operations, resolving customer concerns, monitoring store performance, and supporting the Store Manager in achieving business targets.
Experience: 2-5 years in retail store operations (Supermarket/Hypermarket/Up-to-date Trade preferred)
