Qualification: B.E. or B.Tech Civil Engineering or Diploma Civil or ITI Draughtsman Civil or ITI Draughtsman Architect
Experience: 1+ Years
Location: Wagholi, Moshi & Chakan Pune
Salary Package: 2.16 LPA* + Petrol Allowance (Rs. 3/-)
Requirement: Must have Own Bike & Valid Driving License
Key Responsibilities:
1. Visit different properties' address for verification & valuation purpose.
2. Taking measurements of visited properties.
3. Collecting property rates doing local market research.
4. Taking photographs of visited properties.
5. Preparing site visit report.
6. Sending visit report to the technical team via email.
