We’re looking for a warm, confident & proactive people-person to be the face of Pure Pilates and create a premium experience for every client.
What you’ll do
- Welcome clients and create a warm studio experience
- Handle enquiries, trials, bookings & memberships
- Explain membership options and assist with conversions
- Follow up with leads and existing clients
- Manage client communication via WhatsApp, calls & app
- Coordinate with trainers for smooth studio operations
- Maintain the studio’s presentation and overall client experience
What we’re looking for Excellent spoken English
- Warm, friendly & confident personality
- Robust communication & basic sales skills
- Organised, proactive & responsible
- Customer-service mindset
- Comfortable with WhatsApp, calls & basic computer/app use
- Interest in Pilates / fitness / wellness is a plus
