Job SummaryWe are looking for energetic and target-oriented Outbound Telecallers to join our sales team for SBI Card sales. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, explaining SBI Card products and benefits, identifying customer requirements, and converting leads into successful applications.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers from the provided lead database.
- Explain SBI Card features, benefits, eligibility criteria, fees, and applicable offers clearly to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable card options.
- Generate interest and convert leads into SBI Card applications.
- Follow up with interested customers and ensure timely completion of the application process.
- Maintain accurate customer and call records in the CRM/system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Ensure all customer information and documentation are collected accurately.
- Follow company policies, sales processes, and applicable compliance requirements.




- Coordinate with the verification/operations team for application processing.
- Maintain professional communication and provide a positive customer experience.
- RequirementsMinimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English; regional language proficiency is an advantage.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Valuable convincing, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, banking, credit cards, insurance, or financial services will be an advantage.
