Education: B.E. / B.Tech Graduate (All streams welcome; Batch of 2025 or 2026).
Event Leadership: Proven experience in a core leadership or operations role for a College Fest. We are looking for candidates who have managed budgets, logistics, or large teams in a high-pressure setting.
Technical Tools: Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data modeling, and pivot tables).
Systems Thinking: Ability to understand how different parts of a process impact the whole.
