AA Industries is hiring an experienced Tool & Die Maker / Jig & Fixture Maker for our precision manufacturing facility.

The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in making, modifying, repairing, and maintaining jigs, fixtures, dies, punches, and other production tooling used on conventional machines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manufacture jigs and fixtures for drilling, tapping, turning, grinding, slotting, and power press operations.
- Make and maintain press dies, punches, die blocks, bushes, guides, and related tooling.
- Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and basic GD&T.;
- Develop tooling from drawings, samples, or production requirements.
- Operate lathe, milling, drilling, grinding, and other tool-room machines as required.
- Carry out precision fitting, alignment, assembly, and modification of fixtures and dies.
- Use vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, dial indicators, and other measuring instruments.
- Troubleshoot fixture and die problems affecting dimensional accuracy, repeatability,



cycle time, or production quality.
- Repair worn or damaged tooling and recommend improvements.
- Support development of new fixtures to improve productivity and reduce operator variation.
- Maintain tooling properly and identify critical spare components.

Candidate Requirements:

- ITI Tool & Die Maker / Fitter / Machinist or Diploma in Tool & Die / Mechanical preferred.
- Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on tool-room, jig, fixture, or die-making experience.
- Strong knowledge of precision machining and engineering drawings.
- Experience in automotive components, precision machining, tool rooms, engineering components, sheet-metal press components, or similar manufacturing industries preferred.
- Ability to independently make and modify fixtures and dies from drawings or actual components.
