Up to ₹22,000/- per month

? Shift Timings

- 5:00 PM to 3:30 AM

- 6:00 PM to 4:30 AM

- US Shift

? Eligibility

- Undergraduate / Graduate

- Good communication skills in English

- Relevant freshers can also apply

? Experience

- Prior US Healthcare / Medical Billing experience preferred

- Candidates with Voice / Chat Customer Support experience preferred

- Freshers with valuable communication skills may also apply

? Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through voice calls and live chat





- Resolve customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions

- Assist customers with healthcare and medical billing-related queries

- Maintain quality and customer satisfaction standards

- Follow process guidelines and company policies
