Role: International Voice Process

- Customer Support experience required
- E-commerce experience preferred for E commerce Job role
- Excellent English communication skills required
- C1 level English proficiency required in Voice and Non-Voice
- Graduate/Undergraduate candidates can apply
- Comfortable with rotational shifts & rotational week offs

? Key ResponsibilitiesHandle international customer queries through voice support

- Resolve queries related to orders, products, delivery, returns, payments, etc.




- Maintain customer satisfaction and quality standards
- Document interactions and update CRM
- Follow process guidelines and achieve performance targets

? Salary₹32,000–₹34,000 CTC/month

? Working5.5 Days | Rotational Shifts | Rotational Week Offs

? Transport

Females: One-sided cab during odd hours

Males: ₹180/night allowance
