Job Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom and understand their lighting requirements.
- Advise customers on suitable chandeliers, pendant lights, wall lights, lamps, ceiling lights and decorative lighting products.
- Provide product demonstrations and explain product features, specifications, pricing and installation requirements.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers to convert enquiries into sales.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing customers and leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Achieve monthly and weekly sales targets assigned by the management.
- Maintain accurate customer information, enquiries, quotations and follow-up details in the CRM.
- Coordinate with customers regarding order confirmation, delivery and installation.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and installation team to ensure smooth order fulfilment.




- Maintain proper product presentation, showroom displays and visual merchandising.
- Keep the showroom clean, organised and ready for customer visits.
- Stay updated on new products, designs, features and ongoing offers.
- Build solid customer relationships and provide excellent after-sales support.
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic issues professionally, escalating them to the manager when required.
- Ensure all sales transactions, discounts and order details are accurately recorded.
- Work closely with the Store Manager and sales team to achieve overall showroom targets.
- Maintain professional conduct and follow all company policies and showroom procedures.
