- Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop, update, and track baseline schedules, micro-plans, and daily/weekly/monthly progress reports.
- Resource & Material Management: Prepare detailed manpower and material schedules to optimize site resources and prevent execution bottlenecks.
- Execution Support: Serve as a dedicated bridge between the Project Manager, site execution teams, and contractors to ensure smooth, cordial workflow on-site.
- Technical & Drawing Review: Interpret structural and architectural drawings, ensuring execution matches design specifications.
- Software Tracking:
Track project velocity, cost variations, and resource utilization using MS Excel and planning tools.
Requirements
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience.
- Must have prior experience on high-rise residential building projects.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and planning tools (MS Project / Primavera).
- Strong understanding of CAD drawings, resource allocation, and progress monitoring.
- High-energy, proactive "go-getter" attitude with strong team collaboration skills.
