Field Technician ka kaam hai site visit karna, maintenance/service karna, aur site pe measurement lena RELYON ke saare lighting products ke liye. Ye client-facing role hai — achi baat-cheet aur basic technical handling zaroori hai.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Products ki maintenance karna (Stretch Ceiling, Fiber Optic, Water Bubble Panel, Club Lighting, Artificial Fire)
- Site visit karna — installation se pehle site pe kya provision chahiye, wo check karke client/site team ko inform karna
- Site measurement lena
- Client/contractor ko site pe installation ki basic requirement samjhana
- Har visit/service ke baad report submit karna
Skills Required
- Accurate measurement lena aana chahiye
- Basic tools use karna aana chahiye (screwdriver, drill, multimeter, ladder work etc.)
- Koi specific qualification (ITI/Diploma) zaroori nahi — hands-on ability significant hai
- Two-wheeler: optional hai, mandatory nahi
Soft Skills
- Achi communication — client/architect/contractor se site pe clearly aur properly baat kar sake
- Self-driven, roz-roz supervision ki zarurat na ho
- Punctual aur reporting me disciplined
