Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring suitable candidates across technical and non-technical roles while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding).
- Understand hiring requirements from department heads.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates and manage the offer roll-out process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Support employer branding initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in recruitment (manufacturing/engineering hiring preferred).
- Robust understanding of recruitment platforms (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR operations and labour laws is an added advantage.
