We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their requirements, explaining mobile phones, accessories, offers, exchange options and EMI/finance facilities, and converting enquiries into sales. The Sales Executive must maintain proper product and stock knowledge, achieve daily and monthly sales targets, follow company sales processes and pricing guidelines, maintain customer relationships, and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience. The role also includes handling billing and documentation as required, maintaining store cleanliness and product display, coordinating with the warehouse and team for stock availability, and following all company rules and procedures. Good communication skills, a positive attitude, convincing ability and a robust focus on achieving sales targets are essential for this position.
